Every booking includes:
Play for ALL event attendees
On-site MMG staff for setup, breakdown, and support throughout your event
TrackMan iO simulator with world-famous courses & skill-based games
Control over what plays on our interior and rear lounge TVs (sports, Netflix, music, etc.)
Men’s right- and left-handed clubs (minus LH driver—for now!)
Shorties Golf kids clubs so the little ones can join in the fun
HOW IT WORKS
1. Book the truck.
Send us your event details, and an MMG team member will follow up as soon as possible to gather any remaining info and keep the booking process moving. If everything is already included in your request, we’ll send over your proposal for signature—followed by an invoice for either a 50% deposit or the full amount, depending on your preference. We may also request photos or a short video of your event site to confirm accessibility and ensure a smooth setup.
2. We roll in and set up.
Our team arrives well before your event start time to handle setup, power, and simulator calibration. Whether we’re running on our onboard generator or shore power, everything will be ready to go before your first guests show up.
3. Game on.
Once the truck is open, it’s go time. From casual play to Closest to the Pin competitions, our team is there to guide players, answer questions, troubleshoot tech, and help tailor the experience to your event.
4. We pack it up.
After your event wraps, we handle teardown and pack-out. You don’t lift a finger—we’ll quietly close things down and hit the road, leaving only great memories behind.
