STEP 1: SHARE YOUR EVENT DETAILS
Start by submitting your event date, location, event type, and a few basic details through our booking form. Once submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and a team member will contact you to start planning.
STEP 2: FOLLOW UP
We’ll reach out via your preferred contact method to:

Clarify any questions so the experience fits your goals and space
For Triangle-area events, we typically provide an estimate quickly — for larger or more complex events, we’ll tailor the plan before finalizing.
STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE
Once details are aligned, we’ll send a customized estimate for your review. This ensures you see exactly what your event experience will include before locking anything in.
STEP 4: SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE
When you’re ready, accept the estimate and pay the deposit to lock in your date on our calendar. Final payment is then collected via a second invoice due 7 days before your event.
STEP 5: EVENT DAY
On the day of your event, our team arrives early and handles:
Full setup and breakdown
All simulator equipment and technology
On-site operation and guest management
Customized gameplay flow based on your event
Our goal is a seamless experience for you and your guests — you don’t need to manage a thing.
