HOW TO BOOK THE GOLF TRUCK FOR YOUR EVENT
From company outings and holiday parties to festivals and brand activations, one crew handles the Golf Truck experience. Share your plans, review the estimate and reserve your date with a deposit. On event day, we set up, run the games and pack down. Here's what to expect.
STEP 1: SHARE YOUR EVENT DETAILS
Submit the truck request form with your event date, address and timeframe, plus the event type and any other details. Sending a request starts the conversation — it doesn't reserve the date.
STEP 2: WE REVIEW THE DETAILS
We review your date, address, timeframe and site requirements. If anything's missing, we follow up through your preferred contact method; if the request is complete, we move straight to your estimate.
STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE
We prepare your estimate right away when we have everything we need, or follow up first. You'll receive it by phone, text or email so you can review it before committing.
STEP 4: SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE
Accept the estimate, then pay the deposit on your invoice to officially lock in the date. The remaining balance is due at least seven days before your event.
STEP 5: WE BRING THE DAY TO LIFE
We coordinate with your event contact and arrive 60–90 minutes before the start (or earlier by arrangement) to prepare the hitting bay, lounge, music and any agreed sponsor displays. A staff member stays throughout to manage guest flow, help with club selection and run the games. After the final swing, we pack down in about 45–60 minutes and leave the space clean.
