  • Wix Platform: When you submit a Quote Request, Contact Form, or join our Franchise Waitlist on our website, your data (name, email, phone, and event details) is stored securely within the Wix hosting environment.

  • Administrative & Analysis Tools: For internal business analysis and organization, we may export contact information to Google Workspace (Google Drive/Sheets). This allows us to analyze event trends and manage our internal workflows.

  • QuickBooks: For active and past clients, contact information is maintained within QuickBooks to generate estimates, manage invoices, and maintain tax records.

  • 2. Payment Information Security

  • Your financial security is our priority. Mobile Mulligans does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or sensitive payment information on our devices, our website, or within our mobile lounge.

  • Third-Party Processing: All payments are processed through QuickBooks (Intuit). When paying an invoice, your data is encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor. We never have access to your full financial details.

  • We use the data collected to: Provide accurate quotes and manage your bookings. Communicate regarding inquiries and provide customer support.
