EVENT DETAILS
& CONFIRMATION
Once you submit your event details, our team confirms availability and reviews timing, location, and logistics with you. We align on all key details in advance so your mobile golf simulator experience runs smoothly, without surprises, on event day.
ARRIVAL & ON-SITE SETUP
The Mobile Mulligans truck typically arrives 1.5 to 2 hours before your scheduled event start time. This allows our team to position the truck, complete simulator setup, and prepare the experience so everything is ready when guests arrive.

STAFFED EVENT EXPERIENCE
Our team remains on-site throughout your event to manage the experience from start to finish. We help guests get started, rotate participants, and keep the flow moving so engagement stays high and the experience feels natural.

BREAKDOWN & DEPARTURE
At the end of your booked time, our team handles breakdown and departure.
No cleanup or equipment handling is required on your end.
We leave the space as we found it, allowing your event to wrap smoothly.

This is a fully turnkey mobile golf event rental designed for reliability, ease,
and an experience guests actually enjoy.

SPACE & LOGISTICS
Requirements for a successful event:

A reasonably level space or paved area suitable for vehicle access.

Paving is not required however, a stable compact surface is.

Adequate space for the golf truck to set up. When set up the truck is 36' L x 16' W x 15' H.

No steep entryways or tight turns. If a delivery truck can’t make it in, our truck can’t either.
We’ll walk through any site specific considerations ahead of time to ensure a smooth setup.
