
HOW THE MOBILE MULLIGANS EXPERIENCE WORKS
Bringing the Mobile Mulligans golf truck to your event is designed to be simple, flexible, and stress-free. From the first message to the final swing, our team handles the details so you can focus on hosting a great event.
Below is a quick walkthrough of what to expect before, during, and after your event.

STEP 1: SEND OVER YOUR EVENT DETAILS
Start by submitting the request form with your event date, location, event type, and a few basic details. Once your request is submitted:
- You’ll receive an automated confirmation email letting you know we got it
- That email will let you know a team member will be in touch within 24–48 hours
- You'll also receive a short follow up email with helpful planning considerations and setup information
Submitting the form does not guarantee availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to officially lock in your event date.

STEP 2: PERSONAL FOLLOW-UP & DATE CONFIRMATION
After your request comes in, we’ll reach out using your preferred contact method. At that point, we’ll:
- Confirm whether your requested date is available
- Review your event type and general details
- Clarify anything needed to make sure the experience is a good fit
For local Triangle-area events, we’ll often have an estimate ready to share right away. For larger events, festivals, or more complex setups, we’ll first confirm details like duration, flow, and goals before sending an estimate to review.

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE
Once we’ve aligned on the details, you’ll receive an estimate to review. This estimate is sent for review so you can make sure everything looks right before moving forward. Nothing is locked in at this stage.

STEP 4: SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE
If everything looks good, you’ll accept the estimate and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit to officially secure your event date. At that point:
- Your date is locked on the calendar
- Final planning can begin
The remaining balance will be collected via a second invoice due 7 days prior to your event. If you prefer, you’re always welcome to pay in full upfront.

STEP 5: EVENT DAY SETUP & EXPERIENCE
On event day, we’ll arrive early to handle setup before your scheduled event time. From there, we manage:
- Full setup and breakdown
- All equipment and technology
- Gameplay flow and guest experience
You don’t need to run anything. The goal is for the experience to feel seamless for you and your guests.
